Basquevolt began, the past Tuesday 8th of August, the construction works for their new Prototype Zone.
A key milestone in our industrialization process towards manufacturing the first generation of our batteries
The past Tuesday 8th of August we began the construction works of our prototype zone; the purpose of this area will be to serve as a place where our state of art batteries will be assembled and readied for usage.
The construction works will go from August until the end of the year, when our first prototype line is set to become fully operational; marking the first key milestone in our industrialization process towards manufacturing the first generation of our batteries.
In the forthcoming weeks we will move forward to the installation of all the specialized machinery needed for the fabrication of our batteries in order to start the development of the 20Ah cells and meet our target: To have the first battery cells meant for automotive applications in the first quarter of 2025 and make possible the mass production by end of 2027.
