Marketing & Communication Intern

Main objective of the internship:

Marketing & Communication Intern will support the daily administrative management and technical operations of the corporate communication department. This internship provides technical support, contributes to process improvements, coordinates with various departments, and participates in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Administrative Support

•  Assist in daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases related to corporate communication activities.

Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance to resolve operational issues related to corporate communication tools and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered by team members in the course of their work.

Process Improvement

• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate communication operations.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

Interdepartmental Coordination   

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of corporate communication activities. 
• Liaise with IT, people, and other relevant departments to integrate communication systems and tools seamlessly.

Main requirements:

Education

• Degree in marketing and/or communication, information technology, or related fields.

Languages

• Fluency in English required. Additional proficiency in Spanish or another language is advantageous.
