Main objective of the internship:
Quality Intern will participate in developing, implementing and validating a set of analytical methods to establish an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) system for critical materials used in battery production processes, ensuring traceability, measurement reliability, and alignment with production requirements.
This internship represents a unique opportunity for a trainee to actively contribute to the development and implementation of a quality system within a high-tech industrial environment.
- Literature review and assessment of applicable regulations related to analytical methods for the critical materials identified by the Quality team.
- Execution of laboratory tests for the characterization of incoming materials (IQC), following established or newly developed protocols.
- Development and documentation of new or adapted analytical methods tailored to the specific needs of the production process.
- Validation of the developed analytical methods, including evaluation of precision, accuracy, linearity, and robustness.
- Preparation of work instructions (WI), records, and quality documentation associated with the IQC plan.
- Contribution to the development of the Incoming Quality Control Plan (IQC Plan) as a formal deliverable for the department.
- Regular presentation of progress to the internal supervisor and the Quality team.

Requirements
Main requirements:
Education

Master’s degrees in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry (or Applied Chemistry), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields, preferably with a master’s thesis orientation.
Languages
- Fluency in English required. Additional proficiency in Spanish or another language is advantageous.
