Araba Talent, a strong answer to the rising demand for highly qualified talent

Basquevolt participated this Monday 2nd of October in the second edition of the Araba Talent Program, a project consisting of a set of scholarships that will cover the tuition and maintenance expenses of 9 postgraduate students. 

A joint effort to form Alava talent

Our People Specialist, Ana Elcarte, represented Basquevolt this Monday 2nd of October in the second edition of the Araba Talent Program. 

 

Launched by the provincial council of Alava, this project consists on a set of scholarships that will cover the tuition and maintenance expenses of 9 postgraduate students who will become part of the different companies participating in the Araba Talent Program after their studies finish. 

 

In the words of Deputy General Ramiro Gonzalez: “If we want to be an avant-garde and innovative territory, we are going to have to look for formulas to maintain and attract talent.”

 

We look forward to seeing the outcome of this innovative program.
